Thank you for your question. We recommend that all customers interested in installing the Common Services Platform Collector (CSPC) on their own, wait for the upcoming release CSPC 2.5. CSPC 2.5 includes a device management wizard to decrease the time and effort required from our customers. In the interim, we recommend you utilize our File Upload feature to explore the benefits of the SNTC Portal and your smart capabilities.
