Inventory showing duplicates

We have tried the below areas: What other action can be taken to remove duplicates from the inventory? 

 

In the services.cisco.com portal check ‘Application Settings’ à Report Preferences à Latest View

 

In the CSPC GUI -> 'Settings' -> 'Discovery Settings' -> Switch 'Serial Number Duplicate Check' to Yes

 

Also, 'Settings' -> 'Manage Data Collection Profiles' -> Select the used profile and go to Profile Details tab.  Ensure discovery is set to run before collection.

Please private message customer name, inventory name and device SN which are duplicates.
