iOS version update showing in CSPC collector but not in SNTC portal

IOS versions have been updated on equipment and it is reflecting correctly in the CSP Collector but is still showing the older version in the SNTC portal. Why is it not updating in the portal?

Can you please send a PM with details on your Customer Name/Device in question? This scenario may occur if a new upload has not been received/processed by the SNTC Portal yet from your CSPC after the device OS Updates.
