Is it possible to view if a customer is already set-up with the Total Care Portal?
As the title suggests, is it possible to actually look-up if a customer has already set-up a Total Care Portal before even engaging them about the conversation in setting it up? Wanted to know if there was a way to find out whether or not a customer was established even if we do not own a contract with them, etc.
