We are having an issue with downloading the 2.8.1.6 patch to update the 2.8.1.4 CSPC OVA we are running. Every time we try to download an error message shows there is a password issue. We have updated the Cisco.com password multiples times with different CCO accounts and experience the same thing. The CSPC machine has been rebooted in VM Ware and does not stop the error. We have tried both manual and scheduled software downloads, neither works.
How can we solve this? Thanks.
