Issue with Customer Portal Access.

Hi,

I have an issue where the customer cannot access their SNTC Portal. It keeps kicking them back to the registration page. They are able to go to CSAM, but otherwise they are not able to access their portal. It doesn't matter if they refresh the page, clear the cache, or use a different browser - it keeps sending them back to registration.

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Good day to you,

 

Can you PM me the CCO Id of the person in question. If they have access to CSAM have they granted themselves the Customer Admin user role to the portal?
