Hi Larry , 

During download K9 and EULA acceptance will be asked for the customers who are new or if there is any change in the K9 and EULA policies. 

This behavior is seen due to the time taken to reflect the agreement acceptance provided by the user. After 10-15 mins please retry the same action and download of the new updates will proceed
