My Cisco product end-of-life announcement says the last day of support is March 15th, but the LDoS date in the SNTC portal says March 31st. Which one is right, and why are they different?
Last Date of Support (LDoS) dates are rounded up to the last day of the month in portal reports. This is to reflect the Cisco policy of supporting customers until the end of the month in which their contract ends.
