LOA access issue

I have a customer that have special character at his account how I update to remove this special character?

Because this I can't give LOA access to my company.

This has been confirmed as resolved via private message.

As a workaround, we were able to help remove special characters from customer company name.

Unfortunately you are impacted due to a bug in the system - CSCvg33085

I am sending you a private message to discuss possible workaround
