LOA Access Issue

Hi there,

I have a customer that he can't give me the LOA access, when our CBRAdmin is selected in "Dashboard -> Admin -> Users -> Actions -> Manage Access" there is no "LOA Privilege" option to choose, as you can see in the image below

Can someone help me, please?

Due to known issue mentioned in bug CSCvg33085, Manage Access page does not load properly where customer company name has special character. Please take look on detail of this bug and let me know if you have any question.
