I am with the Smart Services team. To better assist you with this issue can you provide me a little more information on what the issue is that you are facing. I see you say that the customer has lost the version installed on the SNTC portal. Are you saying that the version that the customer's collector is on is currently 2.7.4.3? If so are you able to have the customer provide a screenshot of their collector webgui.
