Multiple Customers unable to grant CBR access

Hi Team -- 2 customers that we have existing smartnet contracts with are unable to grant CBR user or admin access. I can provide additional detail in PM on the specific accounts

This issue was with customer account. Please send me the details of other customers, I will take a look and proceed with next steps after CCO ID and contract validation.

Please share the details about customer DA CCO ID, partner user CCO ID and contract#

The issue is now resolved for the first customer from the list you provided.

Please request DA to proceed with CBR Role assignment and let me know if there are any issues further.

Hi Suchita -- I am experiencing the issue with a few other customers. Is this an issue that needs to be resolved with each individual customer account or was this an issue with our account?
