Need assistance with SE Access to Customer Portals

I am an SE who assists customers with their portals.  I am having issues with requesting access to any customer portals.  I request access, and see it pending, but my manager never receives an email to approve.  Is there a specific site he can go to in order to review approval requests?  Please feel free to unicast me internally.  Thanks!
