Need CPSC Entitlement File

I am installing the VM version of Total Care collector.  How can I get the CPSC Entitlement file?

Hi Jimmy,

To generate an entitlement, go here: https://tools.cisco.com/smartservices/

Select Library > All Collectors > Actions > Register a New CSPC

CSPC Name should be hostname

Select EC from drop down list to populate the EC field

Site ID can be anything

For serial number, copy Unix Epoch time from here: http://www.epochconverter.com/

For inventory name, use hostname-inventory
