New Customer in Portal is not showing

We uploaded data for a new customer but it is not showing any data on Portal, any ideas what is wrong?

Hello Hugo,
It looks like these CSPCs are for PSS. I was not able to see any upload attempts made from the two Collectors. Can you please verify if the firewall rules are opened to allowed SSL traffic to Cisco for uploads?
72.163.7.113 concsoweb-prd.cisco.com Port: 443

From root CLI, you can run this command to get an idea if the ports are being allowed for uploads:
'wget https://72.163.7.113/ --no-check-certificate'
