I have problems assigning a new external user with administrator role in a collector 2.1.8.

Please can you indicate the steps to carry out the previous action.

Please help me.

thanks for the info. I think I did not understand myself well. I have problems creating external users of a 2.1.8 collector on the SmarNet Total Care portal.
