No access to CSAM

Hello, I am my company network admin and I'm currently unable to login to my CSAM portal, i'm receiving a 404 error message..

Hello,

Your user does not have a PartyDA role.

Only PartyDAs are able to access CSAM.

To verify your company’s PartyDa, you can check this link:

https://rpfa.cloudapps.cisco.com/rpfa/profile/requestorupdate_association.do

Hello, please send me via private message the following details:


* Name of SNTC account.
* CCO ID of old DA that has left the company
* CCO ID of new DA who needs to be nomidated
* New CCO ID must have a CCO that belongs to an individual (not a shared account)
* New CCO ID must have a valid contract associated to it.

With this info, I can place a request to nominate the new DA for the company.

At this point, the user provided is ineligible to be nominated.

Here are some points.


This is registered as a guest account.

His profile is incomplete.

There are no contracts associated to this profile.

His email address and company association do not seem to match the end company.


Please nominate a different user or have them correct these points.

Thanks, however, this information needs to be updated on your Cisco.com profile.

Here are the steps:

 

b. Click the Account link at the top of the page.
c. Click the Customer Profile Manager link.
d. Update required information.

Are you seeing the error while accessing CSAM Tool? Can you share the URL that you are using and screenshot?

In future please start a new thread so that we can track your issue in better.

FYI I was navigating to CSAM through the services.cisco.com portal.
