No access to SmartNet Total Care Portal

FOLKS,

Here is what I get when logging into SNTC portal:

"It appears that you already have access to........... You will be redirected..."

It redirects to:

https://www.cisco.com/web/fw/tools/ssue/ui/ssueap2.0//dist/#/promo

Which says I don't have access to SCS and SNTC

There seems to be no way out of this loop.

My role in the Cisco Services Access Managment is done as: Customer Administrator and Customer User.

The CCO IDs with these problems are:

1.- vevaquero

2.- Carletters

 

Can you fix it please?

Access can take up to 24 hours to reflect after roles are granted.

Hello, Now I can get access in the SNTC Portal.. Cisco sent an email and I logged in successfully..
