Hi Team,
Hope you're all doing well. 3 partners have the same issue with SNTC portal:
"I could move ahead. I completed the registration process but I am unable to access the portal. It always redirects me back to the “register” page when I try to sign in."

Hello Alejandro,
The first and third partner from your list should be able to access SNTC Portal. When was the last time they tried? Can you ask them to try again now and let me know if the issue persists?
The second partner from your list does not have any SNTC roles. Have they completed registration process and received welcome email?
