I’m having an issue with the SNTC portal. I have uploaded most of my UCS devices, and all 3 uploads show up as successful.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For listed #3, Could you please tell me exact steps that you had performed to generate report? As well, if any error if you have seen by doing so?
For 4, which specific report are you referring for EOL/EOS data?

Hello Supriya and thanks for helping.
For number 3, when I select any of the reports under Alerts to run, I get this error:
Loading data momentarily (while a blue circle marks the time)
then
Data still processing, please wait ... (same blue circle marking the time)
Then
No Data
The grid returned no rows due to the query or filters
This happens on all reports under Alerts.
For number 4, if I got to Inventory, then select Summary, I get back 0 for both LDOS rows.

Hi Tom,
Your latest import has only 1 device for both inventories, please check and confirm. As well, please note that CSV Imports are limited in what alerts will be available and processed. You may wish to try a CSPC Upload to get more results.
