NO SN UCS AND MCU VIEW.

Hi,

 

I have a client where 98% of devices are showing serial numbers, but the 2 UCS and 2 MCU are not, does it have to do with the configuration of the equipment or is it in the collector?

Hey Ricardo Matias Aires,

 

To clarify, the 2 UCS and MCU are not showing serial numbers on the SNTC Portal, is that correct?  Or are you referring to the CSPC GUI?

 

Please private message me the Customer and Inventory names of the instance in question.

hi team, I have the same issue just with the MCU, the collector is not showing serials numbers, Can you advise how workaround on this ??

 

PIDs MCU4501, MCU4205.
