No SN UCS and MCU View.

Hi,

 

I have a client where 98% of devices are showing serial numbers, but the 2 UCS and 2 MCU are not, does it have to do with the configuration of the equipment or is it in the collector?

 

This 4 equipments are discovered in CSPC.

 

Can help me?

Can you provide in a private message the Customer Name and SNTC inventory as well as the missing device hostname or IP for further investigation please?
