NOT ABLE TO LOGIN ON CSAM PORTAL

SNTC portal was enabled for customer, information of devices was already uploaded about 5 days ago, but cannot enable CSAM portal for delegated admin.

 

Cannot pass from review contract, on CSAM screen. Tried the same process with different navigators (Explorer, Chrome, Firefox) and get the same results  

 

Could you check for me, please?

I do not see any issues with access. Please make sure the user is using the below url:

https://cdceb.cloudapps.cisco.com/csam/

 

Also try clearing browser cache or use private/incognito mode if it necessary.

Tried again and now it´s working.  It was not necessary to clear cache. 

 

I think this is a issue and is not the first time I had this problem.

 

Usually I had to repeat this process 4 ou 5 times each time I had to add a new Delegated admin before, including this one..

 

Anyway, this can can be closed.
