Not able to register on SNTC portal - Cisco says that party id cannot be found on system

Hi,

 

I follow the steps in order to register customer CCO ID on SNTC portal and contract and serial number device was validated sucessfully, but we received a message that says: a CISCO agent need to review information.

 

Follow the Cisco agent review about:

 

Hello ,

 

It looks like 1031019878 is not showing up in the system . Can you please verify if that is the correct one or can you please provide another contract we can use ? .
