Not appear contract of devices on SNTC portal

Hi:

 

My problem is that only one contact i see on the portal, how i can see all contract of the devices? this is a issue?

Hello Rafael,

I randomly checked 5 Chassis and 3 Modules in the Contracts data base that show it the SNTC portal as Not Covered. None of the devices are showing as being covered. As the portal reflects the contract status of a device it appears to be correct.  Note SNTC will only show contract data associated to the installed base devices that are in the portal. This means you may have other active contracts but these will only be shown in SNTC if the associated device is also collected and shown in the portal.
