We have an air-gapped environment, is there any specific recommended advice around performing software upgrades as we are unable to connect the CSPC to the update server. E.g. can we manually download the update and apply it via the GUI?
1. Download the firmware from Cisco. 2. Manually transfer the file into the air-gapped network. 3. Follow the upgrade procedure found in the Release Notes.
