Only Delegated Admin But Have Lost Status

I am currently the delegated admin for our total care account and no longer have the ability to administer users. No admin abilities present. Nothing changed on our end. Listed as an active DA.

Thank you for the screenshot, I can see that your user role is currently "CustomerUser" and will not have access to admin capabilities.



As you are also the DA within the CSAM tool, you may promote yourself to CustomerAdmin role to gain visibility to these capabilities.
