Partners and SNTC Portal 3.0

Hi All,

We are servicing customers of both PSS and SNTC, when the new portal come out it appears to have dropped previous DA access and I can only see PSS related detail in Smart Services Connection.

I've attempted to setup DA via the new process but the notification emails never seem to arrive (also checked junk mail)

Is this by design or how do I switch between PSS and SNTC portals/data within Smart Services Connection?

Hello,

Access to all Cisco Smart Services portal tools is handled via the Cisco Smart Services Access (CSAM) tool. The company DA should log into CSAM and make sure the users in question have access to BOTH SNTC and PSS. The process is the same for each tool but access also has to be granted individually for each tool.

Under CSAM i'm across all possible options will no luck.

I've also attempted to setup DA through this tool as per the setup documentation but it never sends the notification email.
