I'm facing the same problem with two differents customers, both of them did the registration (self onboarding) last week, they did click on the link received on the email to complete the request but they still not able to access the portal until today.
The first customer did the onboarding on july 08 and second customer did on july 10 and, as I said, both of them have not access to the portal, they see the page with "Register now".
Hi We are unable to remove the old delegated admin who had left and all new requests are still going to his email.We have tried to remove but access denied despite the current admin seemingly having the access. Thanks
