The following problem arose with a client. We need the client to assign us a Role as an external company to be able to see the data that the CSPC collects and uploads to the SNTC ...
When entering the CSAM and trying to assign those roles, the boxes to select the roles are blocked, that is, I can not checkbox.

Hi There,
Do you have active Smart Entitled Contract with Customer company? If yes you may private message me partner userid, customer DA userid and contract# for further review.
