Problem with Total Care Upload Process.

Hello.

I have a customer who has an issue with the upload process for Total Care. He has the entitlement, whitelisted IPs / forwarded ports, but the process fails. Any advice on how to proceed?

Please private message me customer name, inventory name, CSPC id, CSPC version in private message. Please provide screenshot of error as well.

Thanks for providing screenshot. Screenshot that you have provided is from last year dec 18th. As of now, i can see successful upload with today's date. Please private message me your CCOID so I can further check why you are not able to see anything on portal.
