Problems with CBR Admin and LOA access

I have problem to give CBR Admin and LOA access at the customers that have another partner associate in their contract, what they should to do because they are not the contract administrator of their contracts.

Hello Leandro,

Assuming you are partner, if there is a valid smart entitled contract between partner company and customer company, and if you are associated to partner company, the Customer DA should be able to assign you the CBR role through CSAM Tool.

If this is the case, you may send the details of customer DA CCO Id, partner user CCO ID, and contract# for our review. You may share these details via private message.
