Processing stuck

Hi,

 

Since the upgrade, I have this stuck in my portal:

 

re-played_20171108T015317886+0000_9999002005695_CSP0009029433_CSPC

 

Been there since Nov 8th.

 

Can someone please take a look and either delete it, or fix it please?

Can you send a new upload from the collector to make sure all is working as designed in the upgraded SNTC portal?

New upload ran, but I have a lot of failed items, e.g.

 

FALLOUT REASON: Ciber Processor:No HardLine Record found, Ciber Processor:No Softline Record found, Mfg Processor:No record found in MFG

 

FALLOUT REASON: Ciber Processor:No HardLine Record found, Ciber Processor:No Softline Record found, Mfg Processor:MFG Pid not exist in ciber product master

 

FALLOUT REASON: Ciber Processor:Ciber Pid not exist in ciber product master, Ciber Processor:Ciber no softline record found, Mfg Processor:No record found in MFG

 

These are mostly for SFPs.

 

Is this is known issue?

Hey Rick,

This is normal behavior for the portal and the error message you are seeing simply means we cannot find the Part ID in our manufacturing database. Since these are only SFP's you would generally not cover these parts under a contract.
