Got two uploads stuck again...

Sorry, I hit post too fast. Upload file shows that zero device is uploaded. It seems that there is collection profile or upload profile configuration error. Please get me the screenshot detail of tab 'manage data collection profile' and 'manage upload data profile' from tab 'setting'. You can private message me those detail.

Found that the tick box in the collection profile Export option to upload the data was not set.
