Good morning. Have a customer who was just nominated as a second administrator for his company. He was able to get into CSAM and accept agreement and them we attempted to have him add us as CBR admins. Using IE, he was able to find my ID but then not able to click the box for CBR admin. We thought this to be a browser issue, so he tried FF, but then he wasn't able to actually click the box beside my name to get to the role assignment screen. Could this be because he hasn't been fully verified/approved on the Cisco back-end? I can share his ID in a PM.
