Query on Smartnet portal

Hi Team,

Pls confirm if we use CSPC , can we get the End of Vulnerabilities & security support report  ?

 

Secondly Few device whom are showing covered under smartnet check but on portal still coming under uncovered. Could you pls justify the reason.

Hello Navneet,

 

Once you push the upload from CSPC to SNTC Portal and it's processed successfully, you should be able to view alerts that are impacting the devices from your upload including EOX and PSIRT/security vulnerabilities.

 

There appears to be a mismatch between the Product ID that's covered under contract, and Product ID reported on Portal, which seems to be the likely reason why we don't see the contract information on Portal.

I will check further on this and get back with the update.
