"Download entitlement failed. Please try again"

Hi,

Once again trying to download the entitlement files if failing, I've made 10's of attempts over the last 2 days - all fail with the same error.

I note that many others have also observed this problem, as I have several times previously - is there a general/systemic failure with this process rather than being attributed to individual entitlements?

Thanks for reaching out. The backend team is aware of the issue, which is being tracked via CSCvd28818.

I've confirmed that the functionality is currently down for some users and alerted the backend team. The functionality should be restored shortly.
