Hi Team. My last 2 customers have presented the same error when trying to begin de portal adoption process.
"""This device is not covered by this contract. Please enter a serial number of a device that is covered on this contract. """
I wrote to sntc-support@cisco.com but they replied that are not able to associate serial numbers with contracts. I doublechecked on CPR and CCWR and the information I sent to customer to do registration is ok. How should I proceed in order to help my customers register to the portal successfully? Thanks!!!
