"It appears that you already have access to Smart Net Total Care Portal. You will be redirected in 10 secs"

Hi,

Trying to get assistance this way as it seems it has solved similar issues for other people in the past. 

1. I try to login (https://www.cisco.com/web/smartservices/sntc.html)

2. I get redirected to https://www.cisco.com/web/fw/tools/ssue/apps/ssueap2.0/prod/#/promo

3. If i click Register it says I already have an account and will be redirected to Smart Net Total Care Portal.

 

Catch 22. Any idéas would be appreciated :-)

Can you please retry accessing the portal now and let me know if you still get redirected to registration/promo page?
