"Schedule report" is not working in SNTC

Schedule report option is not working in my SNTC portal account. It keeps loading until it gives the following error (screenshot attached).

Backend engineer are aware of the problem and are working on it.  you can follow the Bug it was created for it at:

Please review the bug in the future for workarounds or resolution.
