Hello msnussupportteam1,

To use the remote login feature of the CSPC, you will also need to setup and create a user account for each User ID.  Each of these users will need to have their auth type set to "Remote User".  Can you please see if this helps to solve your issue?

Hi,

users are created already, and when i try testing from CSPC (domain\username) it works, but when trying to log in - it doesn't pass (neither with domain\username or username@domain) - getting invalid credentials error.

Creating users in form domain\username solved the problem! Successful login after that!
