We have just uploaded a large amount of data into SNTC and have an amount of work to do to make it clean and ensure that it is accurate. One of those tasks will be to go through the 1300 items that are currently showing as 'Review Needed'. The method of selecting a handful of devices and updating is painfully slow, I was wondering if there was a way to take exported data, update the 'Reason Not Covered' & 'Comments' field and then do a bulk upload to update everything at once?
There is not currently the functionality to upload changes, however there are several ways you can group devices so that you can address them in bulk, for example by filtering by a specific Product ID, Host Name, or any other value that will return a group of devices that you want to apply the same value to.
