I'm trying to verify email and I never receive it. I've re-sent multiple times. Not appearing in Spam filters, so assume issue must be elsewhere.
Is there a way for someone to check on this?

The customer has been successfully onboarded to the SNTC portal & is visible now. A manual sync has been done in order to complete the process of onboarding.
