Hello,
Yesterday i have already registered in the SNTC portal with my cisco id, contract number and serial number.
Find attached picture confirmation that my request is is analysis.
Could you please provide any feedback when the SNTC portal could be activated. I am the client and owner of the case.

Thank you for your attention, we are in the process of renewing the Cisco Smart Nets and some items are in compliance, the installation of Smart Net Total Care service is one of the points required by Cisco to confirm the existence of such equipment in our park. Open this email, and click on the link for confirmation. Once you confirm, you will be able to proceed with remaining steps completing your registration.

Today I accepted the terms of Cisco Services Access Management and would like to know how long time the https://services.cisco.com portal will be available.
The page does not load and returns to the registration portal.

Hi There, please try accessing SNTC Portal URL: https://services.cisco.com/ now and let me know if the issue persists.
You may also want to go through these quick videos to know of different user roles required to access SNTC as well CSAM tool.
