Security Breach only DA no longer with company

We have a list of people on our account that are no longer with the company along with the only DA that was assigned.

The old DA is Jam*** and needs to be removed.

Assign Dav*** as the new DA.

Also remove the following:

Joh*** (he is in there twice)

Nei***
