Please advice
I am trying to register my CCO ID = raiffeisenbankrussia as Delegated Admin from page
https://ssueap.cloudapps.cisco.com/ssueap/#/adminRequest
Any time I try to do it I get a notification : We encountered an error while processing your request. Please refresh this page or try again.
I tried several times , but did not manage to register my company
PLease advice how to resolve this

Hello,
Our back-end team is investigating your issue. We will post an update as soon as it is available.
I do however see that you are using a "generic" or "group" Cisco account. For the purpose of assigning a DA, we recommend using a Cisco ID (CCO ID) that is linked to a specific person as opposed to a group. If you have such an account, I would try using that to register as the DA.

Since you are new to SNTC, you should use the below link to register to SNTC

The registration link that you used is incorrect, its for migrated SNTC customers only.

Hi,
today i have tried to use folowing link https://www.cisco.com/web/smartservices/sntc.html to become an delegated administrator with valid contract and serial number of device covered by this contract and account raiffeisenbankrussia but receive e-mail where Cisco Support tell me not to use group account. I have updated my personal account CSCO11237008 with company information and added access to some valid contracts. Now, if i try to become delegated administrator with personal account instead of group account raiffeisenbankrussia i see error: contract is not valid.
Please, assist.

today contract number and serial is accepted by system and now i'm waitiing for my request submit by Cisco. There are no need in additional assistance.
