My customer is trying to do the registration (self onboarding) on SNTC portal. He received a message saying that his company already has a Delegated Administrator but the DA it's from another company in another country. Their company in Brazil belongs to the same group of this company in a different country, same group but different company names. He doesn't even has contact with this company from another country.
Is he able to create a SNTC portal with company's name from Brazil? Spliting from the company outside Brazil that belongs to the same group?
We need some help, please.
