Serial numbers not showing in portal but are in the collector.

The collector is collecting serial numbers, but they are not showing in the portal. Uploads are working ok. The strange thing is that all the devices that do show serial numbers are voice related. 

Also a lot of devices do not have their name. Just the Product ID and IP address.

When I check them on the collector everything looks fine. Looking into the collected data, it is all there.

I am running daily inventories/collection and uploading daily.

This used to work with my old collector and when I change inventories on the portal, all the data is there from the old uploads.

Hi,

 

PM over the Customer name and Inventory name. I'll check the transport file Cisco SNTC received to confirm what data was collected/uploaded.

 

Also, provide me the details from the latest data collection. You can view the info from the CSPC GUI >Job run status tab.
