I try to check for updates and when I go to the software updates tab, server connection I always got the message ID/password is incorrect. I am using the same login/password I use in Cisco.com to access documentation or open cases.

3. From adminshell send : show version -d

Please make sure that firewall does not have any restrictions on the Cisco IP addresses '72.163.7.113'. For further investigation, I would like to have below:
/opt/cisco/ss/adminshell/applications/CSPC/webui/tomcat/logs/catalina.out
As well, provide below:
/opt/ConcsoTgw/tail-end-gateway-decoupled/bin/nohup.out
/opt/ConcsoTgw/tail-end-gateway-decoupled/bin/CONN_TEG_LOGS/tail-end-gateway.log
