Services.cisco.com access issues

I am trying to add users to my company´s CSPC portal and the tool is not allowing me nor, is letting to add additional employees in the Cisco Services Access management. Weird thing is that one employee just requested access to the portal and he got it however, he seems to be associated to a different account or so because he is not allowed to add me to that portal neither. Can you please help us to figure out what the problem is? See attached the error we are seeing.

As an additional note, I am not seeing any data in the Cisco Services Access management portal. I meant, I can see only the main page but all menus are not displaying.
